This briefing note shares insights and learnings from a series of semi-structured interviews ISEAL conducted with fourteen leading, global companies engaged in living wage actions. It shares insights about company commitments, actions and interventions on living wages, their partnerships along and outside the supply chain and challenges faced to achieve living wage goals. These interviews were part of a larger project ISEAL is implementing in partnership with IDH on strengthening sustainability standards and systems to advance supply chain action on living wages.
